Jane spent 13 years in HR leadership across APAC: Big Tech, startups, the rooms where hiring and firing decisions actually get made. She's seen what gets someone shortlisted, and what quietly ends a candidacy that no debrief will ever explain out loud.
Then she got retrenched. And found out that all that insider knowledge doesn't make the in-between any less disorienting.
What got her moving again wasn't a course or a template. It was people: a WhatsApp thread, a Monday call, a walk with someone in the same season. So she built the thing she needed. Not a recruiter who shows up only when there's a role open. A backyard that stays with you through the whole arc: the pause, the pivot, the offer, and everything after.
We're Singapore-based, small on purpose, and growing slowly with our first 100 founding members.
